Study Status
Closed to Enrollment
Study Description
The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the experimental drug 177Lu -J591 is in the treatment of patients with metastatic, androgen-independent prostate cancer (prostate cancer cells that do not depend on androgen for growth).
Patients will receive a single dose of 177Lu-J59 by IV infusion. One imaging study will be performed 1 week after treatment to confirm antibody targeting. Patients will be followed over the course of 12 weeks with close monitoring, including physician visits and bloodwork.
